Delta doesn't fit a single listing template. Ladner's heritage village homes and Tsawwassen's waterfront properties sit alongside farmland and acreages across the Agricultural Land Reserve, plus a growing wave of new-build townhomes near Tsawwassen Mills and the Tsawwassen First Nation lands. That range calls for media that flexes with the property, not a one-size-fits-all package.
Yes. Delta has a large amount of land in the Agricultural Land Reserve, and farms, hobby acreages, and larger rural parcels book the same way as any other listing. For these listings we lean on drone coverage to show total acreage, outbuildings, access, and boundary lines that a standard walk-through simply can’t capture, alongside interior photography of the residence itself.
Yes — Delta's housing stock is that varied. Character homes usually call for a different lighting approach than a bright, symmetrical new-build interior, and our editing style adapts to each rather than applying one look to every listing.
MLS photography in Delta costs $145 for 20 photos, $160 for 30 or $180 for 40, per shoot, in CAD before 5% GST — the same prices as every area we serve. There's no travel surcharge in Delta.

It depends on the exact address. Parts of Delta sit near the controlled airspace around Boundary Bay Airport, and every flight runs under Transport Canada's drone (RPAS) rules (CARs Part IX), so we check the address against that airspace before shoot day rather than on-site. Flag the address at booking and we'll confirm what's flyable. Aerial & Drone is a flat $164.99 per shoot.
