604 Photos accepts cash and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum) only. Payment is due at the time of the shoot unless otherwise agreed in writing. A receipt, showing 5% GST, is issued for every completed job.
Free rescheduling up to 24 hours before your booked window. Weather-affected exterior, aerial, or twilight shoots are rescheduled at no charge.
Standard photography is edited overnight and delivered by the next business morning. Video, twilight, and virtual staging carry independent timelines confirmed at booking.
Delivered media is licensed to the booking client for marketing the listing in question. Contact us for extended or commercial licensing.
Drone flights are operated in compliance with Transport Canada's Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) Part IX, including no-fly-zone and airspace restrictions. A shoot may be declined or rescheduled if conditions or restricted airspace make a compliant flight impossible.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the amount paid for that shoot. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost sales or delayed listings.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
