When you book a shoot, we collect your name, email, phone number, brokerage (optional), and the listing address. We do not collect payment card information, as we do not process card payments.
Booking information is used to schedule your shoot, deliver your media, issue your receipt, and meet our GST record-keeping obligations under Canadian tax law. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Address autocomplete is provided by Mapbox. Search queries you type are sent to Mapbox to return address suggestions; see Mapbox's own privacy policy for details on their handling of that data.
We retain booking and order records for at least six years to meet CRA record-keeping requirements for GST purposes. You can ask us to access or delete other personal information we hold about you (e.g. contact details not tied to a GST record) by emailing us — see Contact below.
